RETURNS

No one lies to return an item as we hope what we order online will work out great the first time! We certainly get that at RangeHoodMaster as we are all online shoppers right alongside our customers. We do know that returns may happen for a multitude of reasons. Our return policy is quite simple and straightforward, however, the rules must be followed to qualify for a return.

Returnable Items

Your item must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original condition (except for the product that has been damaged in shipment).
All packaging must be undamaged and in the exact same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and the RGA.
Your item must be mail out the item within 14 days from the receipt of your order.

**For custom products, generally the company won't accept return.

Custom items (stainless steel range hood, copper range hood, copper sink, copper bathtubs etc.) are meticulously crafted to meet your unique specifications and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges are generally not accepted if it is not manufacturing defects or errors on the company's part. 

Returns and Refund Process

1.If your item is returnable (see above), You have 48 hours, from the date that you received it to contact us via email and state your:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return

2.Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) along with our return address.

3.Please return the item within 14 days from the delivery date and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4.Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

5.You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We charge a flat fee of 30% of the original purchase price for all returned products. (except for product that has arrived damaged or incorrect)
Note: Any items returned in the following situations will be subject to an extra restocking fee depending on the condition:

  • The item returned in a damaged or unsaleable condition;
  • The item returned beyond the 14-day time limit;
  • The item returned without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)

Purchases become final sales after 60 days from the confirmed delivery date and are no longer eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Cost

For goods received are damaged or not correct proof to be the Company reasons, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item due to personal reasons.

WARRANTY

This warranty covers:

All new products at RangeHoodMaster that are free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship from the date of purchase

Since our products are handmade from copper and stainless steel, small differences in patina and texture can occur. We do not consider product variances as defects. The tolerance for custom metal range hoods & sinks is ±1/8'' and tolerance ±2'' on custom bathtub.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.
  • Products subjected to improper installation, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow operating instructions, whether by accident or other causes.
  • Products damaged due to Force Majeure such as a natural disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, or fire.
Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (excluding payment obligations) if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, embargoes, sanctions, civil unrest, labor strikes or lockouts, acts of government or customs authorities, port congestion, transportation delays, or shortages of materials or labor (each, a “Force Majeure Event”). 
In the case of a Force Majeure Event affecting the import or delivery of goods, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing as soon as reasonably practicable, providing details of the nature and expected duration of the event. The obligations of the affected party shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly. If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party, without liability, except for any obligations that accrued prior to the Force Majeure Event. Buyer will be responsible for any cost of collection including court costs and attorney fees.

CANCELLATION

The Company accept order cancellation within 24 hours upon your order placed. After the 48-hour window, orders will be subject to a minimum 10% administration fee without exception. If you request to cancel the order after the materials are prepared and have processed production, most likely the cancellation will not accept! You will be charged at least 50% restocking fee for canceling the order. The Company cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
