The staff provided very detailed drawings and were very highly attentive to our desired design specs. The hood was shipped in an extremely sturdy crate so as to prevent any chance of damage. We recently did a full kitchen remodel and it practically begged for a copper hood. After searching high and low online and comparing multiple companies, we landed on this one — and for good reason.

at no extra cost (I had them change out the lions head on
