For custom range hood orders, once your payment is received, our design team will begin preparing your CAD drawings for review and approval prior to production.

Taxes & Fees
No hidden fees — the amount displayed during checkout is the amount due before any applicable taxes required by your shipping location.
Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed during checkout prior to payment confirmation.
Proof of Purchase
Once your order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation email will automatically be sent to your provided email address.
For custom range hood projects, additional project information such as design drawings, renderings, and order updates will also be shared through email throughout the process.

Do you take a deposit?
We absolutely could accept pay with a deposit. You can pay a 50% deposit first and pay the balance prior to shipment. Note: The deposit is nonrefundable once we start the production.
