I had quite the list of specifications for the hood as well as a few requests when it came to getting everything I needed for installation. Customer service was helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my contractors and my needs. Im truly grateful for their communication and flexibility! My range hood is stunning and my favorite part of my whole kitchen renovation!
