When measuring the designated bathtub area, be sure to allocate space for plumbing installation, ensuring convenient access for future maintenance. As a general guideline, plan for at least 4 inches of space between your tub and bathroom wall on all sides.
• Next, take precise measurements of any doorways, hallways, stairwells, or other passages through which the tub must pass during installation. (Because the need to remove doors, widen doorways, or open drywall could lead to increased labor expenses, impacting both your budget and timeline.)
• Length: The length of a custom stainless bathtub can be various. Typically, they range from 48 inches (4 feet) to 72 inches (6 feet) or even longer. It depends on your space. Longer bathtubs can be more luxurious but require larger bathroom spaces.
• Width: Considering comfortable spacious experience, standard width of Raneghoodmaster is 32 inches. Custom size is available. 
• Height/Depth: The depth of the bathtub affects the water capacity and the overall soaking experience. Our freestanding stainless steel tubs typically have depths ranging from 27 to 33 inches to achieve a great soaking experience and relaxation.

ALL our custom copper bathtub are produced and shipped within 8 – 11 weeks (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons. Expedited service (5-7 weeks lead time) is available for an extra charge.
For the in-stock bathtub, they are pre-made and ready to ship. Please allow 5-7 weeks for delivery if you choose standard shipping. If you use expedited service, the item would be delivered within 1-2 weeks.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal payment for your order online directly. PayPal also supports payment by credit card without logging in the account(click here for instruction).
You can also pay with most credit or debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Do you take a deposit?
We absolutely could accept payment with deposit. You can pay a 50% deposit first and pay the balance prior to shipment. (Note: The deposit is nonrefundable once we start the production.)
For orders over $7500, we can accept deposits. It means that you could pay the deposit first and pay the balance when the item is ready to ship. Please contact us prior to ordering.
